We are a quite residence of 10 independent studios all with exclusive outside area in a large green court yard and a large common solarium to relax. all studios are equipped with a furnished private kitchen corner and bathroom with large shower We are a very safe and quite place non visible from the public street Many students boys or girls from all over the world since many years have stayed here for their studies in Nice. the ambiance is friendly and respectful. the rent price is agreed for ONE PERSON VISITORS AND GUEST: the utilisation of the studios. is limited to the person who will sign the contract VISITORS are allowed to come from 08,30 to 21,30 they can be received ONLY IN THE COMON AREAS courtyard and roof terrasse it will not be allowed to receive visitors inside the appartement.
